The Challenge
The Circ desk is the busiest part of the library. As such, librarians need robust software that efficently handles all aspects of lending books and materials to patrons.
The Solution
Working closely with customers, product managers, and engineers I turned requirements into high fidelity prototypes simplifying everything from patron management and checkouts to returns and fine management.
Through user testing I validated that these designs would ensure the circulation desk operates smoothly and efficiently.
The Results
